The Welcome Back To Broadway Book

Over 85 fans from all around the world sent messages to Mr. Rickman wishing him the best. With help from Barbara, who kindly sent 4 of her beautiful wallpapers, and with Claudia Riley's outstanding work in artwork and design, the book was 36 pages long once printed. I had it spiral-bound with a plastic cover.

On Sunday April 21, my family, Jennifer from Georgia and I went to the matinee. Since I have been having severe allergies for the prior few days (I knew we were watching Private Lives, but my nose kept telling me it was Hay Fever) and was not sure I would be up to a long wait outdoors by the stage door in the drizzle, I handed the book to the doorman, a very pleasant man, who had the courtesy of making sure someone delivered to Mr. Rickman.

When Mr. Rickman came out I asked him if he liked it, he said yes and thanked me, and also thanked me for purchasing When Love Speaks. He then graciously signed programmes, photos, shook hands and posed with the fans for snapshots.
